Sunday Stealing: The Green Meme

You can play here.

1. What is your current obsession?

Playing Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, an incredibly addictive PC game.

2. What’s a good coffee place?

Brazil's renowned for it.

3. Who was the last person that you hugged?

I can't remember.

4. Do you nap a lot?

Yes, although in an unplanned way; usually during something that I really wanted to watch on television.

5. Tonight, what’s for dinner?

I don't know. I haven't planned that far ahead.

6. What was the last thing that you bought?

Some pizzas.

7. What is your favorite weather?

Snow, mainly for the novelty value, and the possibility of not going to work.

8. Tell us something about one blogger who you think will play this week?

No, this is a meme and it's all about me,me (hence the name); I don't particularly mind divulging things about myself here, but if you want to know about other bloggers, then read their blogs.

9. If you were given a free house that was full furnished, where in the world would you like it to be?

I'd like it to take up the whole of the Earth, and wipe out homelessness in a single stroke (well, to be honest, my initial reasoning for it was just so that I got the best deal out of it).

10. Name three things that you could not live without.

Family, friends, oxygen.

11. What would you like in your hands right now?

A kebab calzone.

12. What’s one of your guilty pleasures?

Blogging.

13. What would you change or eliminate about yourself?

That's a tough one because I'm fairly perfect, although perhaps I could do with being a little less modest.

14. As a child, what type of career did you want?

Well, when I was around five I wanted to be a pilot, but I couldn't pronounce the letter 'l' at the time (I ended up going for elocution lessons) so the teachers would think I was saying pirate. To avoid the confusion, I remember upgrading my aspirations to astronaut.

15. What are you missing right now?

A good answer for this question.

16. What are you currently reading?

A book about self-editing.

17. What do you fear the most?

Bad things happening to the people close to me.

18. What’s the best movie that you’ve seen recently?

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button

19. What’s your favorite book from the past year?

I've not read many books in the past year, but it would have to be either Charlie Brooker's Dawn of the Dumb or Russell Brand's My Booky Wook.

20. Is there a comfort food from your childhood that you still enjoy?

Various chocolate bars (Twix, Kit Kat, the list is endless).

Of course! Coffee question didn't mean we couldn't travel long distances!
Blue Mountain from Jamaica would have been my answer after reading yours!

Great answers!

Just kidding, ;-)...

#3 That's not good.
#5 ditto
#10 Goes without saying, so I didn't say it
#11 is that something you get from a place that offers Italian, Indian, Turkish, Chinese and Mexican at the same time? Dubious at best.
#13 That's funny. I swear I didn't read your answers before I posted mine. See my #8, LOL.

Someone else had the same movie. I haven't seen it yet...I must, MUST get it.

and the calzone? Yes, yes, I will have what you're having. Forget my gazillion $$ that I said.

Thanks for the comments.

GoingLikeSixty - To be honest, I'm not that much of a coffee connoisseur, so that's pretty much the only answer I could think of.

kalea - It's definitely worth watching.

americanising desi - It is if you sometimes sneak it in while you're at work, like I do. Sshh, don't tell anyone - it'll be our secret.

Rikki - #3, yeah, it is kind of tragic (or I've just got a bad memory); #5, rest assured that I did have something for dinner (I think it was beefburgers on buns); #10, I'm nothing if not obvious; #11, well, most fast food places over here do pizza and kebabs, but there's only one place here that has the audacity to combine them. Yes it's highly dubious, and everyone I've ever mentioned it to seems aghast at how unhealthy it must be, on the other hand, it tastes great; #13, wow, looks like I really do need to do something about my modesty.

Hootin' Anni - You simply MUST. As for that gazillion dollars and the calzone, maybe we could do a swap.

NurseExec - It's definitely an acquired taste.

Bud - That was actually my serious answer.

His d - Wow, first Rikki and then you. I'm so famous. Thanks for the plug, I appreciate it.

I am Harriet - Sorry to dash your hope, but I actually had a terrible day, trying to sort out my new computer (which is why I've only got round to replying to my comments now). Hope yours was a lot better.
